Normally Joe is the one doing the demanding so i figure this time around it being Jeeve's i would call attention to that. Congrats you won the title.
So not a lot has been going on. Nothing to really talk about. Ill recap the boring-ness to see if anyone is interested.
In wedding related news we convinced Amanda's maid of honor to do our invitations. Now you may recall me being excited because we got an awesome deal on print-your-own invitations at some party shop. Well thats all well and good but they dont have our colors and the one's Ashley are making are kinda cool. Plus its not a lot of money so we are going with those now. We returned the other ones and used the store credit to buy stuff for wedding showers that people are throwing for us (yes i know its weird to be buying stuff for parties being thrown FOR you but we had the money so what the hell)
Over the weekend i also put together a bazillion damn blue boxes for wedding favors. We havent figured out what will be IN them yet but whatever it is will be surrounded by a fancy blue box. yay.
Yesterday i spend way too much money. You see i bought amanda a macbook. It was originally going to be a wedding present, and for all intents and purposes still is, but she got it early cause she sucks. No realy i just cant keep a secret, she guessed it, i smiled while saying "Nooooo" in that way little kids do when they cant lie and so i figured what the hell might as well get it now if she already knows. So i bought that, a 500GB time capsule (totally awesome btw) and a new keyboard. Overall it was pricey but now our apartment is a mac domain. That comes in handy for a couple reasons not the least of which being that everything seems to talk to each other really well. Except iChat for some reason. Not sure what's going on there but i couldnt video chat with her in the othe room over our own apple-made router.
Anyway we can see each other's iTunes. We can both see the time capsule and therefore share files on it. The printer will be plugged into that eventually. Also i have it on good authority i will be getting an Apple TV around July 15th which will be nice for the living room.
On the work front I'm doing this rather large project for a famous health care company in the vicinity of my home. It has to do with scheduling things. I dunno how much im allowed to publically say what im working on so i guess that's all ill say. Its a lot of work but its coming along really well. I actually get to design/architecture it so its good experience.
OOHhh. I FINALLY got amanda to play Rock Band. It was fun, im happy she played. Some of the songs are damn hard though if you don't know them so on more than one ocassion playing a london locals gig i had to sing and play guitar because even though i don't KNOW the song i knew it better than she did. Regardless its a blast. I have i think 2 more gigs in london before i get the first location-oriented achievement. I wish you could play that damn game over xbox live with friends because getting people together when 99% of my friends live a good distance is impossible.
Briefly mentioning it, i still play WoW. Last night i got exhalted with Aldor. That took a lot of money and time so that's nice.
Um... that's about it. Boring lately. Comment if you want to entertain me.

Nothing for me :-( Least not yet. I dont want anything actually but saying that never works so whatever.
As for the boxes. i was bored and it made me feel productive unlike 99% of what i do on the weekends. Only 100 more to go (yay)
I think she had fun. On some songs more than others. But overall i hope she would play again. I got achievements to unlock plus it seemed fun to me.
i'm bored. the same episode i've seen of futurama is on ... again (where the 80s guy takes over planet express).
argh.
p.s. i'm trying to initiate an ichat w/you right now and it doesn't appear to be responding, although you could just be afk and not accepting the request...
I think iChat does most of its transmision using UDP which may be a problem if your trying to chat with eachother and are sending packets around coming from and going to the same addresses. Dunno, but that at lest sounds like a smart answer.
I think Em's sister and brother had similar problems when they were both home for the summer.

@Ben i figured it was something like that. Kind of odd i mean at this point our entire network is appley. We use the Time Capsule as an airport router. You'd think their tech would work that way. Ill have to google it or something just hasnt been a priority.
